The classes are high intensity and fun, and the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable in all things fitness. I highly recommend RPM for anyone looking for high quality personal training or awesome HIIT classss.

I never thought coming to the Detroit area I would find something better, but I have. The environment is modern and clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the owner went out of his way to get to know me and my fitness desires. The best part though are the classes, amazing! Always changing, very effective, and so much fun! I am seeing amazing results. I am so pleased that I was able to find this pearl.

Every place I went, I always felt the workouts and the trainers were average at best...until I found RPM. Every trainer there is extremely knowledgeable and the workouts are AMAZING and ALWAYS new and creative. RPM has helped me to get into the best shape of my life. Whether you are new to working out or have been doing it for years, RPM has something for everyone. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
