Community Based with a Personal Gym Feel
At RPM, we never schedule our classes to be too large. Instead, our fitness experts stay focused on personalized attention. Therefore, we keep our fitness classes on the smaller side so that our personal training professionals can focus on each participant and what they hope to achieve by attending.
Each class holds no more than ten participants and is managed by at least two trainers. Be prepared to run, lift, sweat, and power through to peak performance. We welcome all fitness levels and strive to constantly switch things up so that your body and mind continuously works and improves.
These aren’t like the fitness classes at other gyms. Our small group classes offer one-on-one personal training attention. Come to one or come to them all and enjoy HIIT workouts, fitness bootcamps, group personal training, aerial yoga, spinning classes, and so much more. By offering a wide mix of workouts, you always get to experience something new. You may get to work out areas of your body you never have before. That means you may get results you never realized. It’s those types of personalized results that have our attendees always coming back for more.
